This contest is sponsored by Dining Entertainment Group, LLC ("SPONSOR"), located at 350 7th Avenue, New York, NY 10001. There is no purchase necessary to enter or win. This contest is open to legal residents of the United States of America who are eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry; however, the contest is void in any state or municipality, where otherwise prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of SPONSOR its affiliates, licensees, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.

The qualification period for the prize drawings of the contest begins on CONTEST START and ends at Noon CONTEST END SPONSOR in its sole discretion may extend either of these dates without notice.

2. Send at least one Tweet telling friends and followers about the contest with a message substantially similar in content to the following:
   "Just entered Tweet 4 Meat to win free BBQ for a year! To enter follow @brotherjimmys"

3. Each Twitter "follow" counts as a single registration. Any registrant shall register only one Twitter account. No purchase is necessary to enter the contest. Each registrant who submits a registration form during the Qualification Period, as described above, shall automatically be entered to win.One entry per person limit regardless of method of entry.  Upon entry, Registrant thereby assigns all right, title and interest exclusively and irrevocably to Sponsor for any such future use including but not limited to any "re-tweeting" or reproduction in any way shape form or manner in Sponsor's sole discretion.

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these rules and the decisions of SPONSOR, which shall be final. All federal, state, and local laws apply. SPONSOR and the employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, and representatives of SPONSOR, affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertising, promotion and legal advisers are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) late, lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, incomplete, illegible, or unintelligible entries; (ii) telephone, electronic, hardware, or software program, network, Internet, or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties; (iii) errors in transmission; (iv) any condition caused by events beyond the control of SPONSOR that may cause the contest to be disrupted or corrupted; (v) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by a prize or resulting from acceptance, possession, or use of a prize, or from participation in the contest; or (vi) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the contest.

SPONSOR reserves the right to disqualify any participant or winner who, in its sole discretion and determination, tampers with the entry process, intentionally or unintentionally submits more than a single entry via multiple or fictitious Twitter accounts, violates these rules or the Site Terms and Conditions, or acts in an un-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner. SPONSOR reserves the right to monitor referral accounts and activity to ensure authenticity of said accounts.

At the end of the Contest Period, one entrant will be randomly selected by the Sponsor from the eligible pool of entries. The odds of winning depend upon the number of entries (followers) received.

1. GRAND PRIZE

   FREE FOOD ITEM FOR A YEAR and any participating Brother Jimmy's Restaurants. Winning the Grand Prize entitles the participant to one free item from Brother Jimmy's food menu per day for 365 days from the time of acceptance of the Grand Prize. The following limitations apply: The winner may redeem this prize only once per calendar day and may not accumulate items by skipping days or any other calculation methodCannot be combined with other promotions.

2. ADDITIONAL PRIZES
   

   From time to time during the course of this promotion, SPONSOR will launch and announce immediate contests for registered followers, offering additional prizes to be determined and awarded in the sole discretion of Sponsor.

Arrangements for fulfillment of the Prizes will be made by SPONSOR. All costs and expenses not specifically listed above, including, without limitation, any equipment to be used in connection with the Prize are solely Winner's responsibility. The value of the Prize will be taxable to Winner as income. Winner must supply SPONSOR with his/her social security number for tax purposes.Upon entry into the Contest, Winners (as well as all other entrants) are required to comply with any and all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations. All federal, state and local taxes, and any other costs not specifically provided for in these Official Rules are solely the Winners' responsibility. Sponsor shall have no responsibility or obligation to any Winner or potential Winner who is unable or unavailable to accept or utilize Prize as described herein.

NO SUBSTITUTION, TRANSFER, ASSIGNMENT OR CASH EQUIVALENT OF THE PRIZE OR ANY PORTION THEREOF PERMITTED, EXCEPT BY SPONSOR, IN WHICH CASE A PRIZE OF COMPARABLE OR GREATER VALUE MAY BE AWARDED.

SPONSOR will post the winners for a period of one (1) week or longer; If sponsor's attempt to contact winner is unsuccessful within one week, an alternate winner may be selected at random from all remaining eligible entries, in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Winners will have one week from notification to accept the prize. Sponsor is not responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify winners. Winners may not substitute or transfer prizes. SPONSOR reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event a prize is unavailable. Prizes are not redeemable for cash. All taxes on prizes are winners' responsibility. Limit: one prize per household.

Except where prohibited by law, entry constitutes permission to use winners' names, hometowns and likenesses for online posting, and/or any advertising and publicity without additional compensation. Winners may also be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving a prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions shall be grounds for forfeiture of a prize.

SPONSOR and its employees, agents, representatives, promotional agencies and assignees shall not be responsible in any way for loss or damage arising from the use of or, bear any liability whatsoever in any way attributable to, the prize awarded in this contest or the entry by a contestant herein. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, SPONSOR assumes no responsibility or liability for any risk or dangers associated with the acceptance or use of the prize awarded as part of this contest or any liability associated with on-line or electronic entries, and expressly disclaims liability from loss or damage to a contestant's computer system howsoever caused arising from bugs, viruses or technical failures in any way associated with or arising from, on-line or electronic entries.

This contest is subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and any dispute relating hereto will be determined by a New York court applying New York law as applicable therein. Any such action shall be governed by the law of the state of such venue, without regard to any conflicts of law provisions that might serve to refer the action to the law of another jurisdiction. The parties shall use reasonable efforts to resolve any differences arising between them as a result of this Agreement prior to exercising their respective rights at law or equity, which may include mediation. "Mediation" is a process in which parties attempt to resolve any dispute by submitting to an impartial mediator who facilitates the resolution of the dispute but who is not empowered to impose a settlement on the parties. Mediation will be in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") or other mediator agreed on in writing by the parties.

Noncompliance with any of these Official Rules may result in disqualification. ANY VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES BY ANY WINNER OR ANY BEHAVIOR BY ANY WINNER THAT WILL BRING SUCH WINNER OR SPONSOR INTO DISREPUTE (IN SPONSOR ENTITIES' SOLE DISCRETION) WILL RESULT IN SUCH WINNER'S DISQUALIFICATION AS THE WINNER OF THE CONTEST AND ALL PRIVILEGES AS THE WINNER WILL BE IMMEDIATELY TERMINATED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER NOTICE REQUIRED TO WINNER.

SPONSOR is not responsible for printing, distribution or production errors and may, in its discretion, withdraw cancel and terminate this contest without obligation if it is found to contain any such error, or for any reason, without liability to anyone whatsoever.
